walkway installation - The area for the walkway (approx. 'L x 'W, turning into
the driveway (approx. 'o.c. from the garage)) will be prepared by excavating approximately
12" of soil to allow for 9" +/- of crush-r-run base. The base will then be
thoroughly compacted and the edging installed to form in the walkway. Next, 1"
of sand will be evenly spread over the crush-r-run base and the pavers will be laid out in
the designated pattern and cut to fit (if necessary). Once all of the pavers are
installed, the walkway will be power tamped and sand swept into any small gaps that may
exist. Finally, all debris created by the construction will be removed. |
